Greyhound mobile websiteRead how we got on board with Greyhound to modernise their mobile website, helping them better engage with customers and drive sales.
About the Project
Greyhound provides the best coach service in the country – but they identified that their mobile website was lacking; online customers were bouncing or abandoning carts, resulting in lost revenue opportunities.
With a solution needed quickly, Greyhound partnered with April9 to revamp their mobile website and provide a better experience to their online customers, with a focus on User Experience particularly around the ease of purchasing tickets. April9 and Greyhound's own developers worked in unison to deliver the project, using a staged delivery approach to rapidly deliver value to customers, while avoiding disrupting Greyhound's ecosystem of existing applications.
Through careful planning and execution, the new mobile website was successfully delivered and instantly increased ticket sales, reduced visitor bounce rate, and improved all aspects of user experience. Greyhound may be the oldest coach company in Australia, but its website is one of the most modern, helping them engage with customers and drive sales.
